Resepi Lempeng Azlita Masam Manis

Oh my goodness, do I have a delicious recipe to share with my fellow foodies today! This lempeng kelapa manis is seriously amazing and so easy to make. As always, I'm happy to share the recipe with you all so you can experience the same mouth-watering goodness that I did.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, coconut and salt.
  2. Make a well in the center of the bowl and add the beaten egg, water and melted butter. Whisk everything together until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Using a ladle, scoop the batter and pour it onto the hot pan. Cook until the bottom of the pancake turns golden brown.
  4. Flip the pancake over and cook until the other side turns golden brown as well.
  5. Remove the pancake from the pan and let it cool for a few minutes. Repeat steps 3 through 5 until all the batter is used up.

This lempeng kelapa manis is a great dessert or snack option that you can make anytime you have a craving for something sweet. It's light, fluffy and has the perfect balance of sweetness and coconut flavor.
